- Be actively involved in initiatives that support the advancement of women and marginalized genders in their respective fields, showing a commitment to advocacy and positive change.

- Exhibit a willingness to both give and receive support within the community, through mentorship, collaboration, and sharing experiences.

- Have a strong sense of purpose and are motivated to make an impact, whether within their industry, community, or through personal achievements.

- Value the importance of diverse perspectives and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and respected.

- Maintain an online professional presence, such as a personal website, portfolio, or other verifiable online profiles, to ensure transparency and trust within our community.
